What are your goals?

Start setting your goals now.  You should have a daily goal, weekly goal and season goal.  Remember that goals need to be attainable, reachable, and realistic. Here are some of my goals.

  1. Workout 4 times this week.
  2. Have 3 full teams this season.
  3. Don’t lose a dual all year.
  4. Place 5 wrestlers at state.
  5. Have a state champion.
  6. Have a college wrestler in the next 3 years.
  7. Now go make some goals and start working to complete them.
